Tom Markham
Chartered Engineer

A graduate of UCD in 1976, Tom was an engineer with the Defence Forces until 1990 when he set up his own Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy based in Howth, Co. Dublin. This flourished and became firmly established with a wide portfolio of projects covering individual residences and developments, commercial and industrial complexes, schools and educational facilities, health care and hotels. In 2000 his practice evolved as MTW Consultants Ltd
Kevin Treacy

A graduate of UCD in 1977, Kevin joined an Architectural practice in Dublin to form an Engineering division which he ran as a partner up to 1985. Over the following 13 years he worked at partner/director level for leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, construction and design-and-build firms in London on £100+ million developments worldwide. He developed a specialist Structural Engineering consultancy prior to joining Tom to form MTW Consultants Ltd.
Bryan Wallace

Glen Faherty

A graduate of TUD, Glen has been with MTW Consultants Ltd. since 2001 and has progressed from Senior Engineer with design responsibility for structural and civil design on major projects to Managing Director in 2023. He has extensive history in investigation of pyrite problems in properties since 2007. Personally inspected and reported on over 500 properties with pyrite related defects. Considerable experience in the design and construction of residential commercial and retail developments. Glen also has over 8 years’ experience designing pipe supports.
